Article XVIII – Section 5

Repealing Clause. – Upon ratification of this Organic Law, Republic Act No. 6734, otherwise known as the “Organic Act for the Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao,” as amended by Republic Act No. 9054 is hereby repealed.
