Article XIII – Section 20

Exploration, Development, and Utilization of Nonliving Resources in the Zones of Joint Cooperation. – Subject to the limitations provided in the Constitution, the Joint Body for the Zones of Joint Cooperation shall ensure cooperation and coordination between the National Government and the Bangsamoro Government on the exploration, development, and utilization of nonliving resources in the Zones of Joint Cooperation and determine the sharing of income and revenues derived therefrom.
