Benefits from Conventions. – The Bangsamoro Government shall be entitled to benefits resulting from conventions to which the National Government is a party. Such benefits shall be equitable, considering the available human and material resources and comparative advantage of the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region, as well as its socioeconomic conditions and needs.
