Participation of Women in the Bangsamoro Government. – Aside from the reserved seat for women in the Parliament, there shall be at least one (1) woman to be appointed to the Bangsamoro Cabinet. The Parliament shall enact a law that gives recognition to the important role of women in nation-building and regional development, ensuring the representation of women in other decision-making and policy-determining bodies of the Bangsamoro Government.
The Parliament shall create by law a commission on women and shall define its powers, functions, and composition.
