Article VII – Section 38

Organization of the Bureaucracy. – The Bangsamoro Government shall have the power to create offices and organize its own bureaucracy. It may establish other offices and institutions necessary for the exercise of is functions and delivery of social services in the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region.
