Article VII – Section 11

Term of Office. – The term of office of members of the Parliament shall be three (3) years: Provided, That no member shall serve for more than three consecutive terms. Voluntary renunciation of office for any length of time or dissolution of the Parliament by the Wali shall not be considered as an interruption in the continuity of the service for the full term for which the members was elected.
